These 39 residential apartment dwelling units form part of a mixed used development on this busy approach road to Galway City. The apartments are contained within five separate blocks and comprise 36 two bed units and three one bed units. Set on a 3.5 hectare site, the development also contains nine commercial units. The Head Space Group purchased this entire development and refurbished some of the residential units, before there sold in full to the Clúid Housing agency.

Developed a four storey bespoke student accommodation building in collaboration with Cairn Home, Carnmore and Flynn Construction. It currently houses 167 students and is at full capacity.

Villa Egerton, one of the grand villas of Roquebrune on the French Riviera, was previously purchased by the group and restored to its former glory. It’s believed that Winston Churchill spent several summers there writing part of his memoirs, and that it was host to many celebrity parties in the famous Jazz Age from the 1920s to the 1950s. The 7,500sqm villa is in Cap Martin.
