OFFICES

The Sean Duggan Centre - formerly called The Webworks Building - comprises a five storey over double basement modern office block, and also comprises Galway Coach Station. The office element extends to 4,514sqm overground, mezzanine, first, second and third floors. The entire office space is currently leased by the Office of Public Works (OPW) and is occupied by Intreo.

The PorterShed is a co-working and collaborative space for technology-focused innovation-driven enterprises, and is the first building in the new Galway City Innovation District. It is a co-working space for new start-up tech companies and the refurbished former Guinness store building - which currently houses the innovation venture - is adjacent to Ceannt Station in Galway. It is being leased from the Head Space Group and will move to a new larger location in Market Street in the future.

Pearse Plaza in Sligo is a large mixed use commercial development extending to 4,779 square metres, which is one kilometre from the town centre. The development comprises 13 units, and some current tenants include ESB, Coillte Teo, Capita, 3G Ireland and Ulster Bank. The development, which was completed in 2007, consists of five blocks linked by a main glazed concourse level, and includes a two storey basement car park. It is currently partially occupied.

This building houses a 410 space car park but also features a basement unit and front office space as part of the overall X? sqm space. Knot Worldwide & The Vault are business currently leasing commercial space there and there are plans for another business to join them in the basement.

A detached period building with an extension, this mostly two storey property at Bank Place in Ennis, is 606 sqm. The majority of the ground floor comprises a banking hall with a number of cellular offices off this, and more administrative offices on the first floor. Bank of Ireland are the tenants in the building under a long-term lease.
