Pearse Plaza in Sligo is a large mixed use commercial development extending to 4,779 square metres, which is one kilometre from the town centre. The development comprises 13 units, and some current tenants include ESB, Coillte Teo, Capita, 3G Ireland and Ulster Bank. The development, which was completed in 2007, consists of five blocks linked by a main glazed concourse level, and includes a two storey basement car park. It is currently partially occupied.

This building houses a 410 space car park but also features a basement unit and front office space as part of the overall X? sqm space. Knot Worldwide & The Vault are business currently leasing commercial space there and there are plans for another business to join them in the basement.
